梁時民、男、汉、1959年生，先後畢業于四川美術學院、廣西藝術學院,獲美術碩士學位,武漢大學博士學位,作品多次參加國內外大展獲金、銀、銅獎。現爲中國美術家協會理事、四川省美術家協會主席、一級美術師、享受國務院政府特殊津貼專家、四川省學術和技術帶頭人、四川省專家評審委員會委員。

   Liang Shimin, male, Han, born in 1959, graduated from Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts and Guangxi Academy of Arts with a master's degree in fine arts, and a doctoral degree from Wuhan University. His works have won gold, silver, and bronze awards in numerous domestic and international exhibitions. Currently serving as a director of the China Artists Association, chairman of the Sichuan Artists Association, first-class artist, expert enjoying special government allowances from the State Council, academic and technical leader of Sichuan Province, and member of the Sichuan Expert Evaluation Committee.
