秦建新,畢業于新疆師範大學美術學院,中国美术家协会理事、新疆生産建設兵團美術家協會主席,中國徐悲鴻畫院副院長。
   Qin Jianxin, graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts of Xinjiang University of Fine Arts, director of the Chinese artists Association and chairman of the Association of artists and artists in Xinjiang. He served as deputy director of the Xu Beiyi Hospital in China.
