    中國徐悲鴻畫院有限公司董事局(亞太傳媒中心)總部。董事局是公司的常设最高权力机构，向股东大会负责。公司总裁主持经营管理工作，对董事局负责,董事局局長一職,每三年選舉産生輪換。董事局局長全權負責高级管理人事聘用和任免、审批和協調各公司年度發展工作計劃、監督直屬單位業務與重大商務事項及公司規章制度執行等工作。 

   Board of Directors of China Xu Beihong Painting Academy Co., Ltd. (Hong Kong). The board of directors is the permanent authority of the company and is responsible to the general meeting of shareholders. The president of the company presides over the management and is responsible to the board of directors. The post of director of the board of directors shall be elected and rotated every three years. The Director-General of the Board of Directors is fully responsible for the appointment and removal of senior management personnel, the approval and coordination of annual development plans of companies, the supervision of business and major business matters of directly affiliated units, and the implementation of company rules and regulations.
